What is Microsoft 365 and what's included?
Microsoft 365 is a subscription that bundles the Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with business email, cloud storage, Teams and security tools. For most small businesses it replaces separate email, file-server and office-software costs with one predictable per-user plan.
Can you migrate our existing email across?
Yes. We move your mail, calendars, contacts and files over from Gmail, an old Exchange server or any other provider — usually over a weekend. Your team signs in on Monday and everything is right where they left it.
Do you handle the licensing and billing for us?
We do. We work out the right mix of licences for your team, set them up under your tenant and manage the ongoing subscription, so you're never paying for seats you don't use or missing features you need.
Can we use email on our own business domain?
Absolutely — that's one of the first things we set up. We configure Exchange Online and your DNS so everyone gets professional email on your own domain, with shared mailboxes and calendars where you need them.
Can you set up Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive?

How do you keep our accounts secure?

We're moving from Google Workspace — is that a problem?
